  • The condition is worse than initially described
 
Bookings are confirmed only once agreed via phone, email, or message.

4. PAYMENTS

  • Payment is due upon completion of the work, unless agreed otherwise in writing.
  • We accept bank transfer, cash, or other agreed payment methods.
  • Late payments may result in additional charges or legal recovery action.

5. CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING

  • You must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule.
  • We reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee if insufficient notice is given.
  • We may reschedule due to:
  • Weather conditions
  • Safety concerns
  • Equipment issues

6. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ensure safe and clear access to the work area
  • Remove or protect fragile items
We are not responsible for delays or issues caused by restricted access.

7. LIABILITY

  • We will carry out all work with reasonable care and skill.
  • We are not liable for:

  • Wear and tear exposed during cleaning
  • Issues caused by poor property condition
 
Certain surfaces (e.g. old roofs, fragile materials) may carry risk, which will be discussed before work begins.

8. DAMAGE POLICY

  • Any damage must be reported within 24 hours of job completion.
  • Claims will be assessed fairly and reasonably.
  • We hold the right to repair or resolve issues before any financial compensation is considered.

9. WEATHER CONDITIONS

Exterior cleaning is weather-dependent. We reserve the right to:
  • Delay
  • Reschedule
  • Adjust services
